CANCELLATION PENALTIES

While we know nobody wants to miss out on a vacation like this, things happen. Here are our cancellation policies.Everyone hates to lose money, so we highly recommend a travel  insurance plan. Ask us about what they cover and the costs.

We highly recommend travel insurance and have several providers that we can offer you a custom quote based on your needs and coverage desires.

What is the cancellation policy? (Guns and Hoses Cruise)
Standard cabins
Up to 1/1 - NO PENALTY*
300 days to 180 days before sailing - $50 pp penalty
179 days to 150 days before sailing - $250 pp penalty
149 days or less before sailing  - FULL PENALTY

​Suites cancellation policy:
Once initial deposit is received - $250 pp penalty
300 days to 150 days before sailing - $350 pp penalty
149 days or less before sailing - FULL PENALTY

​* Note: Cancellation penalties may be more for any cabins booked with a promotional or Non Refundable Deposit rate

Pre-Cruise Hotel Cancellation:
No charge up to 120 days before stay
119 days to 60 days before stay - $25 per room penalty
59 days or less before stay- Full Penalty

If you purchased a travel insurance policy, please refer to your policy for refund guide lines

Travel insurance, processing or payment plan fees are not refundable.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler.

A $500 minimum deposit is required for all cabins up to a Balcony category.

A $1000 per guest deposit is required for all suites.
